This contract confirms payment and that you have agreed to the Terms & Conditions & Cancellation Policy on our website http://www.bigorangemobility.com./ If you have any concerns or disagree with the Terms & Conditions, you must contact us within 24 hours of receiving this contract in writing. Client understands if they do not contact Big Orange Mobility, Inc. in writing with 24 hours after receiving this contract, they are bound by the Terms and Conditions outlined on the Bigorangemobility.com website. A signature is not required on the signature line indicated below to indicate agreement of the Big Orange Mobility, Inc. Terms and Conditions. I understand and agree that there are no refunds (full or partial) for early scooter returns for any reason _______. Customer is responsible for damage/loss of all accessories, including but not limited to: Rear Baskets, Cup Holders, Kooler Kaddies, Cellphone Holders, Cane Holders, Mobility Scooter Batteries, Weather/Sun Canopies, Mirrors and Keys. The purchase of insurance does not cover the above noted items. The purchase of optional insurance does not include loss or theft of the scooter. Thank you, Big Orange Mobility
